- All photos, drawings, text, and any other content or information (collectively and severally called “Materials”) that you submit to Brilliant Brats shall become the sole and exclusive property of Brilliant Brats.
- Brilliant Brats may use, reproduce, edit, display, transmit, prepare derivative works of, modify and publish Materials in any and all media, whether now known or hereinafter created—throughout the world and for any purpose—without compensation to you of any kind.
- You acknowledge and agree that Brilliant Brats decides whether or not your post will be published.

By way of example, and not as a limitation, you shall not either (a) take any action or (b) upload, or submit any content that:
- contains bullying
- infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, right of publicity or other right of any other person or entity;

- involves commercial activities and/or sales without Brilliant Brat’s prior written consent such as contests, sweepstakes, barter, advertising, or pyramid schemes;
- contains software viruses or any other computer codes, files, or programs that are designed or intended to disrupt, damage, limit or interfere with the proper function of any software, hardware, or telecommunications equipment or to damage or obtain unauthorized access to any system, data, password or other information of Brilliant Brats
- impersonates any person or entity, including any employee or representative of Brilliant Brats
Registration.
As a condition to using Brilliant Brats, you will be required to register. You shall provide Brilliant Brats with accurate, complete, and updated registration information. Failure to do so shall constitute a breach of the Terms and Conditions, which may result in immediate termination of your account.
Modification of Terms and Conditions.
Brilliant Brats reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace any of the Terms and Conditions, or change, suspend, or discontinue the Site (including without limitation, the availability of any feature, database, or content) at any time by posting a notice on the Site. It is your responsibility to check the Terms and Conditions periodically for changes. Termination.
Brilliant Brats may terminate your access to all or any part of the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with your membership.
